Maven were engaged to provide civil engineering and surveying services for this modern, compact, mixed use development comprising of 52 residential units and 6 retail tenancies.
We coordinate with architects, structural engineers and all other consultants on a daily basis to ensure the project progresses seamlessly. At Maven, we recognize that communication is essential, particularly on projects that are confined by limited space and tight deadlines.
Additionally, Maven is carrying out site observations for the civil infrastructure and earthworks as well as undertaking engineering set out, as-built and unit title land transfer surveys. This involves working closely with the civil contractor, the project managers, solicitors and Queenstown Lakes District Council.
