Maven Engineers worked closely with the Civil contractors and Auckland Council to overcome unforeseen contaminated soils, the upgrade of public infrastructure to allow the construction of a three story apartment building to be located above a 900mm diameter public stormwater pipe and Covid 19 lockdown restrictions.
Maven engineers are encouraged to build relationships with contractors and to ensure there is open and regular communication to minimise time delay and to ensure completed works comply with Council standards. This was seen during the completion on this project with Stonedale Civil and Maven being able to deliver this project to Soho Group with no time delay and a straightforward acceptance of works with Council.
