With 17 years’ experience as a Planner both in Public and Private sectors, Sarah has demonstrated experience in reporting on complex resource consent applications including residential development, retirement villages, childcare centres, visitor accommodation, commercial developments, conservation covenants and subdivisions.
Sarah is effective in providing solution focussed advice and negotiating outcomes that deliver best quality development while meeting client (and Council) expectations.
Sarah enjoys a collaborative approach to projects, working closely with the design and development team, and keeping the client up to date on key deliverables.
