Project details
Maven were engaged to carry out the civil engineering work for the 6ha commercial development extension of Homebase in Marshlands, Christchurch. These works involved water, drainage and pavement design, including dealing with upstream and downstream stormwater networks that required complex onsite management using swales and considerable mitigation storage to account for the existing environment and the new development built-form.
