With over 25 years experience working in the Civil Engineering Industry, Shanan took the step in to Maven to build and grow our Matamata and wider Waikato delivery. Shanan has continued to bring a set of impressionable skills; having shown successfully delivered projects within the civil division. Shanan is always striving to achieve the best outcome for clients through communication, collaboration and in building relationships.
With his experience across multiple roles in the project lifecycle, he is well-versed in the technical aspect of construction which provides him with excellent leadership and direction in a governance role.
