Toby is a land development expert with over 11 years’ experience in both private and public sectors. A skilled negotiator and a solution ordinated thinker, Toby brings a wealth of expertise to Maven.
His varied background within our industry allows him to bring to the table a breath of knowhow and contextual understanding which is an asset to any project team. This unique skill set enables Toby to navigate complex challenges and deliver optimum solutions for our clients across New Zealand.
Toby is often spearheading developments as Project Lead, alongside this he also heads up one of the civil engineering teams within our Epsom Office.
