Bremner Ridge is a large-scale subdivision located in Southeast Auckland in the most eastern hills of Flat Bush. The Subdivision is a 360-lot subdivision including all detached homes on 26 Hectares of land.
The construction of the subdivision was completed over eleven Stages and consisted of approximately 1,000,000m3 of Earthworks, the construction of 9 Shear Keys and Infrastructure construction works for 360 lots. The Infrastructure construction also included the construction of 16 Roads and 16 Driveways.
Maven managed the challenges faced from the geotechnical conditions, Inclement weather, Covid-19 Government Lockdowns, and various other constraints impacting the significant number of earthworks and civil construction works to effectively deliver the completed project to stakeholder requirements.
