Project details
Lockerbie Estate Morrinsville is the largest ongoing job for the Hamilton team. Maven are currently completing subdivisional works on Stage 3 and moving into the Stage 4 north of the new houses, and the future of this project is looking positive. Dempsey Wood Civil Ltd is our partnering contractor and Lockerbie Estate Ltd is our client. Matamata-Piako District Council is the consenting council.
