Project details
This was a 52 lot subdivision of a 5 ha block of land within the popular Lynley Park development at Omokoroa.
Our team surveyed the site, completed the subdivision design, undertook the resource consent applications and managed the process throughout until titles were delivered. Challenges on this site included difficult ground conditions and unresolved historic cultural issues.
