Project details
Maven was engaged to provide engineering support for the residential subdivision in the Clevedon Precinct for the previous owner and Applicant – Hololio Farms.
Resource consent was successfully obtained alongside a Superlot Consent which split off the development site from the balance of the farm.
The superlot consent was sold by Hololio Farms and Maven Associates are now providing engineering and surveying assistance to the new owner – Neil Group Limited.
Engineering Plan Approval is currently being sought and construction will commence early in the new year.
